"I cannot say enough good things about Heather Vina and her team at State Farm! I will say that they saved the day for an important friend of mine and me. She had been unceremoniously dropped from her homeowners insurance from another company and was very upset due to just investing a lot of time and money in a big remodel of her home. Heather and her team were not only able to reinsure her, and did so with great competence and professionalism, but they responded so quickly to me, who was trying to help my friend, and made it a priority to take care of her. My friend told me they were fantastic to deal with and helped to reduce a very stressful situation. They were professional, but so beautifully human and really cared."
